About Us

Welcome to Peptide Calculator

Peptide Calculator is a free website that helps you work through the numbers behind peptide reconstitution and dosage. Our tools turn milligrams, micrograms, millilitres and syringe units into clear, consistent results in seconds. Our guides explain the reasoning behind every figure, so you understand the maths and are not just copying an answer.

Why We Built It

Peptide maths looks simple on paper, but it is easy to get wrong by hand. A single vial can involve three or four different units, and converting between them means moving decimal points, dividing by volumes and translating millilitres into the markings on a syringe. A small slip at any stage, such as confusing milligrams with micrograms or misreading a concentration, carries through to every measurement taken from that vial. We built this site to reduce the risk of arithmetic errors and to make each calculation transparent and easy to check.

What You Will Find Here

Our two main tools are a peptide reconstitution calculator and a peptide dosage calculator. The reconstitution calculator works out the concentration of a vial once a given amount of liquid is added. The dosage calculator converts a target amount into a volume and into syringe units. We also offer dedicated calculators for BPC-157, TB-500, semaglutide and tirzepatide, set up for the figures most often used with each compound.

We also publish educational guides on how to reconstitute peptides and how to store peptides. They explain step by step how concentrations are calculated and how syringe units relate to volume, so the results always make sense.

How Our Calculators Work

Every calculator runs entirely in your own web browser. Results appear instantly as you type, with no waiting and no page reloads. You do not need an account or a sign-up, and there are no fees. The values you enter are never sent to or stored on a server, so your calculations stay on your device.

The site sells nothing and has no shop. We may earn a small commission from affiliate links on some pages, and that is how we keep the tools free for everyone.

Who the Site Is For

Peptide Calculator is designed for three groups of people:

  • researchers who want a quick, reliable way to check their figures
  • students learning how concentrations and unit conversions work
  • anyone who wants to understand the maths behind reconstitution

Our Standards

Accuracy comes first. Before we publish a calculator, we check its formulas carefully and test its results against worked examples. We check them again whenever we make changes. We explain each step in plain language so that you can follow the logic and confirm a result yourself.

All content on this site is for research and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. The peptides discussed here are research compounds, and several are not approved for human use. Our tools do the arithmetic only. They do not recommend any amount or tell anyone what to use. If you spot something that looks wrong, please let us know through our Contact page.
